These terms of delivery are valid starting at 1.4.2022.
Products are ordered in webshop by moving them to cart and paying content of cart. All customers personal data is handled with confidence. All customers personal data asked during order are used only for delivery of order or solving confusions, unless noticed othervice. When ordering from webshop it is presumed that you have read and committed valid terms of delivery.
Order and payment confirmation
As we have received your order, we will send you order confirmation email containing your order details. Always check your order details. If you have questions about order, contact our customer service as soon as possible. Keep your order details save if you need to contact customer service. When contacting customer service, keep your possible customer number and order number in hand. Always check that the package contains all products as in order confirmation.

Delivery method and expenses
Delivery expenses contains parcel and packaging expenses. Cart shows estimate expenses based on primary delivery method. Delivery expenses might change after selecting actual delivery method.
Usual delivery times will vary based on order and delivery method. Usually items in stock is sent within few days, out of stock items will usually take 3-4 weeks to production time.
You have right to cancel within 14 days without reason. Time of cancelling the order ends after 14 days of receiving ordered items.
Right to cancel order, you have to send us notification of your decision to cancel order via email to our customer service.
Effect of canceling order
If you cancel the order, we will refund all received payments with delivery expenses within 14 days after received cancellation notification from you.
You have to send ordered items back within 14 days of cancellation notification.
Problems with order
If order is missing or damaged during delivery, or it is not what you ordered, send us notification within 14 days via email to out customer service. If package is clearly damaged during delivery, you have to do notice of defect immediately to courier.
